Reasons for leaving: My own: I put alot of fsps into the guild but I realized it wasn't helping me nor my friend and I decided to leave it. I used it as a place for killing elites/legendaries/super-elites back in the day; Hell Warriors: I believe I quit it because everybody started to go inactive but now it looks like its back.
Why do you want to join MIF? I feel like I would be a worthy member of the guild and by helping and contributing I would like the guild to help me if I ever run into a problem.

How often do/can you play FS? Daily, 4-10 Hours (Sometimes more :D) But less if 'plans' come up
What are your opinions on PvP; GvG; bounty hunting; arena? I dont do it very often, but I would like to do GvG and PvP Arena in the future.
Why do you like being in a guild? Stats as a start, Buildings/Relics boost your stats. I also like to talk with people and its fun to get to know each other when your in one.
What can YOU offer to the guild? Gold, Items, Experience, (possibly) FSP's, and Help
