You can become a Druid only if you meet this ratio "1:0,75", also depends on f. e. worthy items donated to the guild.

Sleeping Giants - old loyal members who don't play now, but have lots of exp contributed.

Slumbering - explained absence/inactivity; vacation rank.

Lost in the Swamp - unexplained absence/inactivity.
Can be kicked if a new member wants to join.
Also those, who don't have lots of exp contributed and noticed MIF about leaving the game.
